The blades of the Minarai series knives are precision ground from CTS® BD1N, a nitrogen-enriched high-carbon stainless steel that provides a superior balance of hardness, edge hold and corrosion resistance. The knives of the Minarai series feature the traditional “wa-style” (octagonal) handles made of injection-molded polypropylene. An extraordinary fusion of time-tested traditional designs and cutting-edge modern materials.
